"What an absolute surprise. When in Italy one eat Italian, but for once we bucked the trend and decided to try Fuji Sushi Restaurant and it did not disappoint at all. There are so many dishes to choose from that it does take some time to decide. A good tip is to share each option chosen so that more option could be tried. The food was very well prepared and presented but to top it off everything was delicious. See the included photos for some of the options we had."
"I have been coming to this restaurant since it opened and when I heard that it was changing owners I was a little hesitant. I can assure you that the new owner will make you feel right at home from the moment you walk through the door. The fine details of decor they’ve added gives the restaurant a more welcoming atmosphere. The food has reached an all new level of satisfaction. The rice is much more delicate flavour, the seafood is unbelievable fresh where I have even noticed the cuts of the sashimi are near perfect. The new owner has added a new menu (January 30, 2024) which I tried for the first time today and even though I find less tuna options, (I cannot eat salmon) the variety of flavours he has added with combinations of ingredients and sauces, along with small details of presentation added to each plate, has brought the quality of this restaurant to new heights and I look forward to many more delectable meals."

"Such a lovely place, as an asian, the food is so good, I love the fried noodles so much, I feel like I go back to my country. Also the seafood is so fresh, even though I am not a fan of seafood, I recommend it. Also, for Asians, the rice is so important, i can be sure the nice is from Japan, not some cheap rice. i talked to the owner, she is so nice. Anyway, good price, wonderful food, one of the highlight of my trip."
